On January 16, 2019, we have officially joined the family of research organizations awarded by HR Excellence in Research that shows progress in harmonizing our HR policy in line with 40 principles of the C&C.
Over the first two years, we are progressively meeting the goals we set in our Action Plan. The whole process is again controlled by the Steering Committee (Directive 10/2018) and the Monitoring Committee, which again consists of representatives of scientists, administrative and technical staff (Directive 9/2018, later 1/2019). After two years, we will review the Action Plan and after next three years, independent experts to assess whether we meet the prerequisites for HR Excellence in Research will visit HIPC. The award will either be defended or withdrawn.
