Postdoctoral researcher - optical spectroscopies on 2D materials

We are looking for a postdoctoral reseracher to study optical spectroscopies on 2D materials at J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry in Prague.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cryomagnetic Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy studies and advanced  characterization, including transport properties measurements, mostly on mechanically exfoliated and CVD 2D materials and their heterostructures.

Offer starting date: 1st June 2022

Requirements:
- Proven advanced experience with Raman and photoluminescence - a must!
- Authorship of peer-review publications in respected journals in the field.
- PhD field: physics, chemistry, or material sciences.
- Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, mechanical exfoliation and stacking of 2D materials, electronic transport, clean room experience, optics.
