Postdoc – Image Analysis, Machine learning
Job description: We are looking for a postdoc for image analysis to our newly established group working with superresolution microscopy and nanooptics. We are working on advancing single molecule localization microscopy using plasmonic nanoparticles.
Your task will be to adapt localization algorithm for newly developed plasmon-coupled fluorophores using machine learning.
Research profiles: PhD degree (finished) in Informatics, Engineering or related fields
Type of contract: Temporary
Research field: Biophysical Chemistry
Required research experience: At least one year of experience in applying Deep Learning in image processing, ideally on biomedical data
Job status: Full-time
Hours per week: 40
Job starting date: March 1st 2021
Required education level and skills:
- PhD or Equivalent
- Experience in signal processing is advantage
- Strong publication record
- Ability to work in cross-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills
