On 13th - 14th November, 2023, the 54th Symposium on Catalysis will be held. The symposium is traditionally focused on all topics of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis.

There are 7 invited lectures on the program. The plenary lectures present interesting areas of contemporary catalysis. Invitation was accepted this year by Juan Carlos Colmenares Q. from the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, Roland A. Fischer from the Technical University of Munich and Santiago Gómez Ruiz from (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid).

The next four "Keynote" lectures are dedicated to scientific groups or departments in the Czech Republic dealing with catalysis. This year, Martin Kotora from Charles University in Prague, David Kubička from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, Edyta Tabor from the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry and Lubomír Rulíšek from the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry will present their results.
