We present you with 2 sets of training videos and questionnaires to test yourself and learn more about different areas of the academic environment.
Before you start testing, read “how to use” instructions.
How does testing work?
- At the beginning, you need to fill in an entry questionnaire to assess your knowledge.
- You will then be provided with two sets of training videos (each video is approximately 3 minutes long and focuses on different topics).
a) The first set of 5 videos is designed mainly for public academic and research institution employees. This package is intended for all persons already employed or starting a new contract with the institution.
b) The second package of 5 videos is primarily intended for training persons working on recruitment and evaluation committees in academic and research institutions.
- Each video is linked to a verification questionnaire (each questionnaire usually has up to five questions with pre-selected answers); after completing it, you will see the correct answers. It is therefore advisable that you take notes of your answers during the testing.
- You decide which videos you choose to test, or your employer will do so. For maximum effectiveness, we highly recommend watching the whole set.
- Finally, the only thing left to do is to fill in the evaluation questionnaire. Once completed, the correct answers will also be shown here, and you can compare the level of information and knowledge gained before and after testing.

What will you need for testing?
To take the test, all you need to do is follow the instructions and, if necessary, prepare a pencil and paper (unless you write down your answers on your computer).
