GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received
• till June 15, 2026 – full refund, 10 % handling fee will be deducted
• after June 15, 2026 - 50% refund, 10 % handling fee will be deducted
• after July 17, 2026 - no refund
Transfer of the registration to another person can be possible if approved by the conference organizers. Notice of cancellation must be made by email to rse10

Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference.
• For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
• For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee’s nominated account, and all bank charges will be for the registrant’s account.
• If the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to situation(s) beyond the control of the conference organizers, the participant´s contribution will be 100% refunded.
By registering for the conference, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the conference assumes any liability.
