Registration Form

The fee will cover (VAT included) the accommodation in single/double rooms with bathroom for four nights (4-5 stars), full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners for four days), welcome cocktail, a concert, a half-day trip to monuments of Southern Bohemia, the closing banquet, refreshments (coffee breaks), transport from/to Prague, meeting rooms, audio, posters and all other organizing costs, including book of abstracts.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, in case of need also cash upon arrival. 
A link for the payment will be emailed to you upon finalizing the registration.
In case you will select to pay by a bank transfer you will receive a "pro forma" invoice including the bank account details in a separate e-mail.
