The fee will cover the accommodation in single/double rooms with bathroom for four nights (4-5 stars), full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners for four days), welcome cocktail, a concert, a half-day trip to monuments of Southern Bohemia, the closing banquet, refreshments (coffee breaks), transport from/to Prague, meeting rooms, audio, posters and all other organizing costs, including book of abstracts.

The accommodation is offered directly at the castle in (single)/double rooms, either in the main building or in one of the wings – depandance
