For students and regular participants,
admission to the lectures and poster sessions, conference materials, electronic book of abstracts,
coffee breaks, and full board during the conference (dinner 20.6. - lunch 23.6., and the conference dinner)
are included in the total price.
For accompanying persons, the full board during the
conference, including coffee breaks and the conference dinner is covered.
Participants with an accompanying person have two billing and payment options: If you wish a single payment and a shared invoice, register only yourself and check the box 'Accompanying person'. If you prefer separate billing and payments, please register youself without checking this box, and register the accompanying person as a separate participant.
The price does NOT include accomodation. Please book your accomodation directly with the hotel at email@example.com and mention the discount code 'ACADEMY'.

The price has to be paid in advance before the start of the conference, no cash or card payment on site is possible. We
accept online card payment and bank transfers. For bank transfers from countries outside EU please note that we request the
participant's institution to cover all banking fees, so that the beneficiary of the transfer receives the above listed
amount in full.
The total price consists of conference services and catering services, which are subject to different VAT taxation rates, but will be billed to the participants on a single invoice.
For any cancellation received by March 31, 2023, the refund will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. For any cancellation received by April 20, 2023, the refund will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. For any cancellation received by May 20, 2023, the refund will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For any cancellation received on May 21, 2023 or later, no refund will be made, however, transfer of the registration to another person is still possible.
The abstract submission deadline for participants requesting a contributed lecture is May 1st.
All other participants should submit their abstract before June 1st, otherwise we cannot guarantee its appearance in the Book of Abstracts.

We store and process your personal information only for the purpose of organizing your participation at the conference, in compliance with the GDPR EU regulations. We do NOT store credit card numbers on our server, payments are processed directly by our bank.
