    • The research started with the investigation of oxidation properties of a quinoline unit in the bioactive compound. Oxidation mechanism of several substituted hydroxyquinoline compounds was explained. The complicated overall mechanism involves participation of chemical reactions as deprotonation and self deprotonation of compound plays an important role.

    • The research consists in the investigation of oxidation properties
    of flavonolignan derivatives as silybin, dehydrosilybin and silychristin in order to explain their oxidation properties in variable solutions.
