The fees below
(VAT included) cover all organizing costs, the
transport from/to Prague, full board,
welcome cocktail, the closing
banquet and refreshments during the coffee breaks.
The conference and accommodation fees are to be paid
only after confirming the availability of the selected
accommodation. Invoices will be sent individually, upon
acceptance of the application.

Accommodation is provided in single or double rooms
(with single occupancy possible). However, due to limited
capacity, we cannot ensure fulfilling all requests indicated as
"preferential" in the registration form. The
accommodation fee paid via the organizing institution is
discounted by 30% compared to standard prices. The discounted
prices are:
Single room: 40 EUR per person
and night
Double room, single
occupancy: 45 EUR per person and night
Double room, double occupancy:
30 EUR per person and night

Payment:
preferentially by a
bank transfer, for other options please contact the
organizers. The invoice with the payement details will be sent
individually after receiving the registration form.
