Aim and possiblity of TiO2 Center
In the last 5 years the dynamic development of TiO2 photocatalysis applications occurs above all in Japan and USA and first technologies and commercially available products are nowadays known even in Europe and the Czech Republic.
This branch is perspective mainly because it contributes to the living environment improvement. Actually it is speaking about the revolution in cleaning by light. The branch novelty and possibility of applications enable to a number of Czech organizations to actively integrate. As an example it is possible to introduce the production of self-cleaning and antibacterial ceramic facings (linings) which was started in the Czech Republic. In this case it is concerned the Japanese license but the technologies can be optimized or improved in the future, products must be analyzed, certified. It is profitable to start from Czech raw materials and certainly the possibilities to think out new applications exist.
Granting of latest inquiries from the branch and so either from the area of research or from commercial applications based on the cooperation with Japanese development and industrial enterprises (they are two years ahead of rest of the world in this area of applications) and Czech research center.
Assurance of some Japanese and other licenses for certain applications, which enable to present some products and technologies to Czech producers as first ones in the European market; it offers in some cases to license just certain parts and the rest will be fully in hands of Czech producers. (If Czech producers do not express the interest, it will be suitable to offer it elsewhere in Europe).
Acquisition of essential technical data, samples etc. which influences radically the application development at producers in the Czech Republic. Coordinating of corporation with other workplaces so that the potential interested person could obtain complete information about technology, final product and so forth if he expresses the interest Aid with marketing and propagation.
However it is clear if specialized workplaces for individual needful analyses exist, the activity will be more effective.
